The hunt takes place on the Diekmann family ranch north of
Windhoek on approximately 90,000 acres of ranch land. There are no high
game-proof fences and the indigenous game roams in its natural habitat.
The hunting operation and natural management programs are part of the Waterberg
Conservancy, extending hunting opportunities to an additional 250,000 acres.
Hunt Kudu, Gemsbuck, Hartebeest, Steenbuck, Duiker, Hartmann's
Zebra, Eland, Dik-dik, Leopard, Cheetah, Warthog, Jackal and Baboon.
Springbuck can be hunted on another ranch and this requires one overnight stay.
The hunting area consists of mountains, hills and open terrain,
ranging from the Waterberg Mountains to the savannah type bushveld.
